Specialties: Green Building, Residential, Historic and Investment Properties
My mother, the late Helen C. Manale, was a long-time, well-respected real estate closing Notary Public in New Orleans and Metairie. She instilled in me at a very young age the importance of owning my own home and using real estate investing as a major tool for building wealth. I bought my first home, a duplex, in Broadmoor when I was 21 and the rest was history. I was hooked!
For the last 21+ years, I have enjoyed growing and sharing my knowledge and experience, primarily in residential sales and small property investing, with hundreds of home buyers, sellers, and investors to help make their dreams come true! Client education, consultation and clear communication have been the keys to my many successful closings. In 2014, I was recruited to Green Coast Realty because I was a seasoned real estate salesperson, a nationally certified green building expert, and a leader in the sustainable building community. Also, I spent three years working for GCE Services, Green Coast Enterprises’ energy management consulting division, as Business Development Lead. In that role, I worked with affordable multi-family housing developers, owners, and contractors in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama who relied on Low-income Housing Tax Credits and needed assistance to achieve green building certification on their projects to achieve their goals.
And since rehabbing historic properties is often more sustainable than building new, I decided to earn the Preservation Resource Center’s Historic Housing Specialist designation to better serve my clients and support the efforts of our strong historic preservation community to whom we owe much.
If you are a potential client, an agent looking to start your career in real estate, or a seasoned one wanting to make a change, please call on me. I and my team will be happy to assist you.
